On Budgeting, set a Default Bid by adding keywords or targets. Bid recommendation tools will help you choose the best bids for specific keywords after 30 minutes.

Scroll down to Daily and Total Budgets to set a cap and keep you from overspending on your campaign. Check Unlimited Budget if you want to run your campaign indefinitely.

Before anything else, think about your ad placement: Above The Fold or Any Available. Above The Fold gets better click through rates as it’s in a place where people don’t have to scroll down to see; but if you’re going for volume, go for Any Available and get your ads placed wherever in the site.
